Conservation Tales: Macaws books

Graphic Designers Sara Misak, Sunnie Berning and Kami Geron create promotional materials and book layouts.

Illustrators Rhiannon Morrison-Naylor, Cydney Davidson and Karina Kasmauskis created images for the Sloths book.

Illustrators Laine Powell, Allison Smiley and Kami Geron created images for the Macaws book.

Conservation Tales photographers Abbey Jessup and Brooke Ackerman.

Team member Karina Kasmauskis translated each book into Spanish.

Writers Ashley Owens (Sloth) and Zoe Sherer (Macaws) led the development of the story plot and text.

Each team creates a storyboard to plan the book.

The CT Team practiced using the same type of radio telemetry equipment as the researchers in Costa Rica.
